Eye Camp at Thanniyoottu
Manitha Neyam together with Thanniyoottu Sai centre conducted an eye camp on 28th June, 2011. Out of 296 patients attended the camp, 40 were recommended for cataract surgery and arrangements done to sent them to the Vavuniya hospital.

Manitha Neyam Trust keeps its promise by not turning away from flood victims as soon as the hot news cools down as it always happen where people tend to forget to look at the real impacts faced by victims felt only when they really try to live their normal lives. Over 5 million has been already spent as immediate relief.

Manitha Neyam is proud of the many achievements of children under our care. They include, but are not limited to Iniya Valvu Illam, Mullaitivu: Manitha Neyam provided Braille machines to children who were visually impaired. 7 of these children entered the University of Jaffna.
